TALENTED CRICKETERS FROM SLUMS
AND OTHER RURAL AREAS
ACHIEVE
The mental game in cricket separates the best players from the rest, whether it be at professional or International level. Each of them have much more hidden inside them than they have had a chance to explore. Unless they create an environment that enables them to discover the limits of their potential, they will never know what they have inside of them.
What they need to keep in mind that success is not a payoff. Success is a process that takes patience and determination before they can achieve. There is no shortcut to success. Success is a long term game, and in order to win it, they have to stay in the game. Quitting won’t get them anywhere but back to zero. they should always have the persistence, always possess the drive in order to achieve success.
They will face and experience all sorts of difficult things life has to offer. Difficulties and hardships that are seemingly relentless and will beat them to the ground with it. There are times where they will be faced with temptation of giving up and walk away, convincing themself that you are simply cutting down their losses.
They can achieve this by getting a BALANCE in their mind. As a result that leads them to achieve a social BALANCE.

It doesn't matter where you are coming from. All that matters is where you are going.
-BRIAN TRACY

BALANCE
BY BalancE, peace, and joy are the fruit of a successful life. It starts with recognizing your talents and finding ways to serve others by using them. -Thomas Kinkade
Since THEY have the power to choose THEIR experience, THEY also need to accept responsibility for this. Perhaps not that everything that comes THEIR way is a direct result of THEIR own thinking (though some might say it is) but what THEY attract into THEIR life is, largely, a reflection of THEIR thinking. Much of this occurs on a subconscious level, but the subconscious takes its lead from the thinking mind, so changing THEIr thoughts will change THEIR world, and THEY are responsible for this.

STUMPS
These stumps which are used by the guys who play cricket on the streets are a great example for BALANCE.
Without a balance it will not stand as a wicket.
